TERMS & CONDITIONS / RENTAL AGREEMENT

By renting equipment from Kitetravel4all SARL, the Rider accepts full responsibility for the use of all rented gear and confirms they are an independent kitesurfer, able to ride safely, stay upwind, and perform self-rescue without assistance. The Rider agrees to use the equipment properly and return it in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

The Rider is fully liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period and agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs if the equipment is damaged, lost, or misused. In case of severe damage or total loss, the Rider agrees to compensate the full replacement value.

Kitesurfing involves inherent risks, and the Company is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the use of the equipment. No refunds will be provided for unused rental time, weather conditions, or early returns.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate rental without refund in case of unsafe or irresponsible behavior.
