TERMS & CONDITIONS / BOOKING AGREEMENT

Kitesurfing and yoga may not be recommended and may be unsafe under certain medical conditions.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am in good health and medically fit to participate in the kitesurfing sessions and yoga classes offered by Kitetravel4all SARL.

I agree to inform my instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitations prior to participating.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically fit to participate. I understand that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kitetravel4all SARL shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from the inherent risks of the activities or from the participant’s failure to follow safety instructions.

I grant Kitetravel4all SARL permission to capture and use photographs and video recordings of me taken during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites and advertising.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of €880 per participant, per camp week is required to confirm the booking. Each additional camp week requires a separate €880 deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of each camp week. For bookings made 30 days or less before the start of the camp, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The €880 deposit per participant, per camp week is non-refundable.

If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the relevant camp week, any balance already paid will be refunded, excluding the deposit.

If cancellation is made 30 days or less before the start of the relevant camp week, all payments made for that week, including the deposit and balance, are non-refundable.

For multi-week bookings, these conditions apply separately to each camp week.

The above cancellation conditions apply except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
