TERMS & CONDITIONS / BOOKING AGREEMENT​

Kitesurfing and yoga may not be recommended and may be unsafe under certain medical conditions.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am in good health and that a licensed physician has approved my participation in the kitesurfing sessions and yoga classes offered by Kitetravel4all SARL.

 

I agree to inform my instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to participating.

If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature confirms that I have obtained my physician’s approval to participate.

 

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically fit to participate in kitesurfing and yoga activities. I understand that participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at my own risk.

I hereby irrevocably release, waive, and discharge any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I now have or may have in the future against Kitetravel4all SARL, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates.

 

I hereby grant Kitetravel4all SARL full permission to capture, use, and reproduce photographs and video recordings of me taken during the camp.

I understand and agree that all such materials remain the sole property of Kitetravel4all SARL and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, and other marketing materials, without compensation or further approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% deposit refund (minus a €30 non-refundable payment processing fee) if cancellation is made within the first 3 days after booking confirmation

• 20% deposit refund if cancellation is made up to 1 month before the start of the camp

• No deposit refund (0%) if cancellation is made less than 1 month before the start of the camp
