TERMS & CONDITIONS / BOOKING AGREEMENT

Kitesurfing and yoga are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions.

By signing this agreement, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in the kitesurfing sessions offered by “Above the Water” and the yoga classes offered by “Leeloo Yoga.”

 

I will inform my instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.

If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate.

 

I also affirm that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice kitesurfing and yoga, and I understand that participation is entirely at my own risk.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against “Above the Water” and “Leeloo Yoga.”

I hereby grant “Above the Water” full permission to capture, use, and reproduce photographs and video recordings of me taken during the camp.

I understand and agree that all such materials are the sole property of “Above the Water” and may be used for promotional purposes — including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, and other marketing materials — without compensation or further approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% deposit refund within the first 3 days after booking confirmation

• 20% deposit refund up to 1 month before the start of the camp

• 0% deposit refund if cancellation is made less than 1 month before the start of the camp
